Thomas & LoCicero Hires Two Summer Law Clerks

Summer Law Clerks Join Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa Offices of Thomas & LoCicero

Jacob C. Elberg and Minch Minchin have joined Thomas & LoCicero as Summer Law Clerks.

A rising third year law school student at the University of Kansas School of Law, Mr. Elberg formerly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Freda L. Wolfson in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He previously served as a Court Intern in the Douglas County District Court in Lawrence, Kansas.  He graduated with a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism from Kansas University in 2016.   While in college, he studied abroad in a legal history program at the University of Cambridge.  Mr. Elberg will be working from the Ft. Lauderdale office of the firm.

Mr. Minchin will graduate this December from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree and he will also be completing his Ph.D. in Mass Communications Law. He formerly served as a Legal Intern to The Honorable Carol Mirando with the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in Fort Myers, as well as for The Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in Jacksonville.  During his undergraduate years at the University of Florida, he played football for the Florida Gators and he served as the News Editor for the Independent Florida Alligator, a student led newspaper.
